PRIVACY STATEMENT
Privacy is very important for us and to protect it in the best possible way, we provide the following statement, made under Article 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, Personal Data Protection Code. It contains information on how personal data are used and protected in Italy. Any change that we make to this statement is published online.
PLACE WHERE DATA IS PROCESSED
Data is processed at Fortitudo Academy office (see our locations). Data is managed exclusively by the staff in charge of treatment and data maintenance.
DATA PROCESSED
We use the information that we get for the sole purpose of providing the requested services. This includes sending information and offers. No data is transferred to third parties.
PROCESSING ARRANGEMENTS
Personal data is processed by automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it is collected. Specific security measures are taken to prevent data loss, misuse or improper and unauthorized access.
DATA SUBJECTS’ RIGHTS
It is possible to exercise at any time the right to request information about its own personal data in our possession. In case data found should be inaccurate, incomplete or irrelevant, it is possible to request its modification or cancellation.
